Practice with this track for a week before your procedure and then right before you go in for best results. If you just found this and you're getting ready to walk in to your procedure now, that's ok too! It will still assist you in feeling calm, peaceful and confident. If your practitioner is comfortable with it, you can even listen to this track during your procedure on earphones.
