Parts-Informed Hypno-Coaching is a gentle, powerful process that works with the subconscious mind to address the root drivers of your patterns—especially the ones that keep repeating no matter how much work you’ve done.
By using hypnosis to access your internal parts (including protectors, inner critics, child selves, and shadow material), we can begin to:

Will I be out of control?
You are in control of your own mind and what goes into it at all times. The wonderful thing hypnosis demonstrates is that our subconscious knows exactly what we need to make the next best steps in our lives and it's open to receiving positive suggestions that will actually work for you. It also knows what to leave behind that isn't healthy for you or that you aren't ready for.
Will I have to re-live painful experiences?
Short answer: No. You are in control of your own mind and what goes into it at all times. The wonderful thing hypnosis demonstrates is that our subconscious knows exactly what we need to make the next best steps in our lives and it's open to receiving positive suggestions that will actually work for you. It also knows what to leave behind that isn't healthy for you or that you aren't ready for.
What do I need to do between sessions?
The Hypnotic Journey part of your session will be recorded via audio for your personal use. For maximum results, listen to this once per day or every other day for 7-21 days. Also, the hypnocoahing experience is more than guided relaxation...notice tangible action steps that bubble up to your conscious mind in the days and weeks that follow your appointment and take action towards your goal. This is a magical liminal period where you have activated the real Law of Attraction. Your job is to be aware and take inspired action.

We review shifts from week one, identify the next inner layer to work with, and continue reprogramming with targeted hypnosis and practical next steps.
