An archetype is not a role you perform. It is a pattern of wisdom you can enter, listen to, and embody.
Each ceremony creates a gentle, regulated space to meet one facet of yourself through the body—not just think about her.
We use breath, hypnotic parts work, movement, art, and witnessing to turn insight into an experience your nervous system can recognize.
You may join one threshold or travel through the whole seasonal arc. No experience with hypnosis, archetypes, or art is required.

Each month, Embodied Magic: Archetype Invocations invites one of these archetypal parts of you forward to be encountered, explored, expressed, and integrated.
Rather than simply learning about an archetype, we'll experience her from the inside through a guided blend of hypnosis and visualization, breathwork, somatic exploration, movement and creative expression, followed by group reflection and coaching.

There is nothing you need to perform or become. These archetypes aren't ideals you're supposed to live up to. They're different capacities, desires, voices, and ways of being that already exist within you.

You don't have to become her. She's already part of you. Come invoke her.

Your experience may include: guided hypnosis/visualization, breath and somatic practices, movement, intuitive art or writing, archetypal/parts exploration, and optional group sharing and coaching.

No artistic, movement, meditation, or hypnosis experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.

Will my camera have to be on?
nope!
Will there be a replay
yes! But attending live is highly encouraged for group transmission and spot coaching integration opportunities.
What if I don't have experience with meditation/hypnosis/creative expression
no problem!
What should I bring with me?
Water, Tea, Blanket, Pillow, Mat or Bed for lying on, Journal, Art supplies of your choice for creative integration (colored pencils/pens, crayons, markers will do just fine!)
