I'm a firm believer in zooming out and zooming in to create a grounded, embodied way of bringing your spiritual gifts to the world to effect great change, healing, and beauty on a large scale...I also believe this process can and should be full of pleasure, ease and abundant flow.

Over 2 decades I've collected a myriad of tools that help me navigate the cycles of my inner seasons with more self love and trust.

Using the the tools of Hypnotic Changework, Somatic Coaching, Intuitive Arts, Pleasure Advocacy and Strategic Empowerment Coaching, I've helped myself and other many other women break through their stories of self sabotage and get to doing their divine work in the world.
