What do I need to do between sessions?
Each session will produce both inner and outer work for you to participate in between session. Some of the inner work may be listening to guided meditations, journal prompts, pleasure practice. Some outer work looks like taking micro action steps towards your goal we define together in session. Between sessions you have unlimited email access to get coaching to help you through blocks that may come up to doing your inner or outer work.

Unlimited email correspondence for the duration of the container. I respond once per day during weekdays.

On weeks between sessions you have the opportunity for 15 min spot coaching call to help you stay on track for the week.
