Cancellation Policy
Retainer: Sessions are to be paid in full at time of booking. 30% of this fee serves as the non-refundable retainer. Client Reschedule: Must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer retainer to a new date (one transfer only). Photographer Reschedule: In case of illness, emergency, or weather, Photographer may reschedule. Special Events (Weddings, Elopements, Vow Renewals) In the unlikely event Photographer is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, Photographer will make every reasonable effort to secure a qualified replacement photographer. If a replacement cannot be found, liability is limited to the return of all payments received. Cancellations: 30% Retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances. If Client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled session (or 30 days for weddings/special events), any additional balance paid will be refunded (less the 30% retainer). Cancellations within 48 hours of the session (or 30 days for weddings/special events) are non-refundable at 100% of the session fee.
