1 Hypno +Coaching Session
A thorough intake and hypnosis session to change or start a new habit. Audio is recorded for you.
Service Description
You'll receive the recording of your session and 1 email follow up conversation 1 week after your session. This is for you if the issue is relatively simple, or you are using hypnosis as a compliment to other treatements you're receiving for this issue. For more deeply seated issues such as quitting a habit with emotional origins, starting a new lifestyle habit, transformational work and belief change work, I suggest the 4 session Hypno-Coaching container. If you or I feel a follow-up session would be beneficial for this specific issue, these sessions are $125
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so 24 hours before your service time. If you cancel or reschedule more than twice with less than 24 hours notice, payment will be required before you book another service and without refund for subsequent late cancellations or reschedules.
